Meet your maker wine nights hosted at KYST are an exclusive opportunity to dive deeper into the intricate world of wine making through personal sessions with some of the Margaret River Region’s top wine makers.
Once a month you can join us for an evening of wine wisdom shared by the makers behind the world’s most renowned and well-known wines that come from decades of experience and knowledge of the region.
Meet your maker wine nights are accompanied by a selection of curated meals that have been paired with wines from our winemaker of the month. Please note these are prepaid events as we require booking numbers.

Redshed Wines - Dave Bursey
Dave Bursey from Redshed Wines was born and raised in Perth, with the lure of endless waves and excellent wine drawing him to the renowned Margaret River Region.
Dave honed his winemaking skills working for numerous producers in the region alongside his extensive winemaking travel both nationally and internationally. He then returned to the Margaret River wine region to take the reigns at Redshed Wines and develop “Wines Without Compromise”.
Join Dave at KYST on Wednesday 14th May from 6pm - 8pm with 4 courses of curated meals paired with Dave’s choice of wine.
